1.Agreement
These terms apply when you use the Asaanex website, Asaanex POS or Asaanex Orders & WhatsApp (the "services"). By creating an account or using the services, you agree to them on behalf of yourself and the business you represent.
2.The services
Asaanex provides online business software. Features may be added, changed or improved over time. Features marked "coming soon" are not yet part of the services.
3.Accounts and security
You must give accurate information, keep passwords and PINs private, and make sure only authorised people use your account. You are responsible for the actions of the users you add and the roles you give them. Tell us promptly if you suspect unauthorised access.
4.Free trials and subscriptions
New accounts may start with a free trial. At the end of the trial, continued use requires a paid subscription at the price shown on our pricing page or agreed with you in writing.
Subscriptions are billed monthly in advance. If payment is overdue, we may limit or suspend access after notice. Prices may change; we will tell you before a change applies to you.
5.Third-party charges
Charges from third parties — for example Meta for WhatsApp conversations, couriers, payment providers, AI providers or your internet and hardware suppliers — are your responsibility and are not included in Asaanex prices unless we say otherwise.
6.Your data
You keep ownership of the business data you enter. You give us permission to store and process it to provide the services, as described in our privacy policy. You are responsible for the accuracy and lawfulness of the data you enter and for keeping your own copies of important records using the available exports.
7.Tax compliance
Asaanex POS provides tools to calculate tax, print receipts and report invoices to FBR, PRA or SRB. Your business remains responsible for its tax registration, POS registration with the authority, correct tax rates, PCT codes and buyer details, filing returns and paying tax. Asaanex does not give tax or legal advice. Authority systems are run by the authorities and may be unavailable at times; offline and failed reports are retried but should be checked by you.
8.Acceptable use
You must not use the services for anything unlawful, to send spam or unsolicited WhatsApp messages, to break the rules of connected platforms (such as Shopify or Meta), to attempt to access other businesses' data, or to disrupt or reverse-engineer the services.
9.Availability and offline use
We work to keep the services available and to protect your data, but we do not promise uninterrupted or error-free service. Offline sales are stored on your device until they sync; data on a device that is lost, reset or cleared before syncing may not be recoverable.
10.Intellectual property
The services, software, design and the Asaanex name and logo belong to Asaanex. We give you a limited, non-transferable right to use the services during your subscription.
11.Cancellation and termination
You may stop using the services and cancel your subscription at any time; access continues until the end of the paid period. We may suspend or close accounts that break these terms or are unpaid. Before closing an account we will, where reasonable, give you a chance to export your data.
12.Limitation of liability
To the extent the law allows, Asaanex is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, such as lost profits, lost sales or penalties, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the fees you paid us for the services in the three months before the claim.
13.Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. The effective date at the top shows the latest version. If a change is significant, we will give notice in the app or by email before it applies.
14.Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan, and the courts at Lahore have jurisdiction over any dispute.
