FBR
Federal Board of Revenue — sales tax on goods for registered retailers. Sales are reported to FBR's POS system and the FBR invoice number is printed on the receipt.
Tax-authority integration
Asaanex POS reports each sale and return to your tax authority and prints the official invoice number and verification QR code. It even keeps selling offline and reports those sales later.

How it works
We guide you through each step on WhatsApp.
Register your point of sale on your authority's portal. You receive a POS ID and an access token.
Enter your NTN / registration number, POS ID and token in Settings, choose the authority and set PCT codes.
Send a test invoice to the authority's sandbox and see the reply before you go live.
Every sale is reported automatically and the receipt prints the authority invoice number and QR.
What's included
The authority's invoice number and verification QR print on the receipt once the sale is accepted.
Returns create a credit note linked to the original invoice, reported to the authority too.
Offline receipts are marked as offline invoices and reported automatically once you are back online.
Set a PCT / tariff code per product and add the buyer's NTN or CNIC on tax invoices.
Asaanex is a software provider. Each business registers its own POS with FBR, PRA or SRB and remains responsible for its tax registration, rates and returns. We help you set up and test the connection, but we do not give tax advice — please confirm your obligations with your tax adviser.
