Information we collect
We collect information provided when you create or use an Asaanex workspace, including account and contact details, workspace configuration, customer records you choose to process, messages, integrations, usage records and support communications.
How we use information
We use this information to provide and secure the service, operate requested modules, process transactions, deliver technical notices, answer support requests, maintain service quality and prevent fraudulent or unauthorised activity.
Connected services
When a workspace connects Shopify, WhatsApp, Meta or another supported provider, Asaanex processes the information required for the selected workflow. Provider charges, permissions and policies remain controlled by that provider. We do not expose stored provider credentials to regular workspace users.
AI and knowledge
AI answers may use the approved knowledge and conversation context stored for the relevant company. Usage records can include successful-answer counts and token totals for billing, service monitoring and audit. Failed provider requests are not billed as successful answers.
Tenant isolation and security
Workspace data is associated with a company identifier and access is controlled by roles and permissions. We use technical and organisational safeguards designed to protect data against unauthorised access, alteration, disclosure or loss.
Retention and account requests
Information is retained while needed to provide the service, meet contractual or legal obligations and resolve disputes. Authorised account owners may contact Asaanex to request access, correction, export or deletion, subject to verification and applicable obligations.
Cookies and sessions
Asaanex uses cookies and similar browser storage required for authentication, session security, preferences and essential service operation. Browser controls may restrict cookies, but required features may no longer work correctly.
Policy updates
We may update this policy when the service or our data practices change. The effective date shown on this page will be updated when a revised policy is published.
