Does Asaanex POS work without internet?
Yes. You can keep billing when the internet goes down. Offline sales are saved on the device and sync automatically, including tax-authority reporting, when the connection returns.
Is it integrated with FBR, PRA and SRB?
Asaanex POS includes reporting for FBR, PRA (Punjab IMS) and SRB. Sales and credit notes are sent to your authority and the official invoice number and QR code are printed on the receipt. Each shop registers its own POS with its tax authority; we help you with the setup.
Which printers can I use?
Any 58mm or 80mm thermal receipt printer, any A4 printer for invoices, and label printers for barcodes.
Is there a mobile app?
Asaanex POS runs in the browser on phones, tablets and computers. An Android app is coming soon.
How much does it cost?
The first 3 months are free with full access. After that it is Rs 2,500 per month. No payment is needed during the trial.
Can I manage more than one branch?
Yes. Each branch has its own stock, cash shifts and reports, and you can transfer stock and funds between branches.
Can I give credit (udhaar) to customers?
Yes. Set a credit limit per customer, record collections and advances, see who owes what with ageing reports, and send reminders on WhatsApp.
