The donation journey

Each step is recorded by the person who does it, so the donor, your accountant and your board all see the same story.
1. Donation
The donor pledges for a fund — Qurbani share, a water well, a student. Zakat or Sadaqah is recorded with it.
2. Payment & receipt
Payments by bank or cash are matched to the donation and a receipt with a QR code goes to the donor.
3. Delivery
The executor delivers at a place, records the cost and adds photos or video as proof.
4. Donor sees it
In the donor portal the donor sees the payment, the receipt and the delivery photos.

Who is Asaanex DMS for?
Charities, foundations and trusts that collect donations and deliver aid — Qurbani, water wells, orphan care, education, Ramadan and emergency relief — and want donors, delivery, finance and staff in one system.
Can our donors see their donations?
Yes. Donors open the donor portal with a one-time code sent to their email and see their donations, payments, receipts and the delivery photos your team attached. Each donor only sees their own records.
Does it keep Zakat separate?
Yes. Every donation has its nature (Zakat, Sadaqah, Lillah, Fitrana, Fidya, Kaffarah) and fund. Expenses charged to a fund can't exceed what it holds, and a saving can move to the general fund only with the donor's permission — never for Zakat.
Can we use it in Turkish and in more than one country?
Yes. The whole system is in Turkish and English. Each branch keeps its books in its own currency (for example PKR in Pakistan and TRY in Türkiye), and head office can see all branches together in the base currency.
Does it connect to our attendance machine?
Yes, it reads punches from supported attendance machines. Staff can also check in from My workspace when they are on the office network.
