Yes. You connect your own WhatsApp Business account through Meta's official sign-up flow. Meta's own messaging charges may apply separately.
Which stores are supported?
Asaanex Orders works with Shopify. Orders sync in real time through Shopify webhooks, and you can also create orders manually.
How do WhatsApp confirmations work?
When an order arrives, the customer receives a WhatsApp message with Confirm and Cancel buttons. Their reply updates the order and tags it in Shopify automatically.
Can leads from Facebook and TikTok ads come in automatically?
Yes. Leads from Meta (Facebook and Instagram), Google, LinkedIn and TikTok can arrive by webhook and are routed to your pipeline.
How is AI usage charged?
The first 100 successful AI answers each month are included. Extra successful answers are $0.01 each. Failed requests are not charged.
